How can I send my product to oversea?
Sorry! We temporary send products within Malaysia only. [We will expand soon!]

How if I received incomplete order or ordered multiple but received one only?
If missing any item of your order, contact us with your order id & tracking number; we will check & resend upon verifying it.

Do you deliver weekend and holidays?
We are so sorry, at the moment we do not cover these, but we will expand our delivery service very soon!

Can I pick up my orders from Cendol?

How do I contact Cendol about my order?

What should I do if I didn’t receive my parcel on time?
